Double Room - 6 month lodger wanted

We are looking for a short term lodger to join our friendly house.

Spacious 3 bedroom house located in Ashley down. Fully furnished double room with bed, desk, shelves and built in wardrobe. Shared use of large kitchen dining room, living room, garden and study. The house has 2 bathrooms, which are shared.

High speed WiFi and bills included in the rent.

I am the live in landlord with my partner we also have another lodger who lives here full time. We are all professionals (architect, engineer & a teacher). We are all sporty evenings are spent doing activities (running, cycling, climbing and swimming etc). We also enjoy a boardgame night and cooking together as a house occasionally.
