3 double bedrooms just off Gloucester Road

Hi, we are in need of 3 new housemates in our 6 bed house which is located in Ashley Down. The house is currently all females so we are looking to keep it this way.

The house is a private let, with our landlord being really responsive and good with any issues that arise.

The house is in a great location, approx 10min walk from Gloucester Road and 5min walk from Aldi, Lidl, co-op and more!
There’s also great public transport links with a bus stop right outside the house, as well as all the buses on G road. The Ashley down train station is also a 5min walk away.

Room 1 is a lovely large double bedroom located on the ground floor of the house, which is unfurnished.

Room 2 is a smaller double located on the second floor, it’s furnished and has a wardrobe right next to the door outside the room.

Room 3 is a large double on the 3rd floor, which is also furnished with a bed and desk.

We have a shared kitchen, living room with a dining table and garden with 2 bathrooms shower & bath. We all pitch in with keeping the communal areas clean and tidy.
