We’re a group of three easygoing, clean, and social professionals looking for someone like minded to join our house!
The room:
- Large and bright double bedroom
- Top floor attic space - but really big for an attic room!
- Part furnished - wardrobe will be staying and we can discuss organising a new bed being brought here by the landlords. The rest of the furniture will be leaving with the current tenant.
The house:
- 3 working professionals. I work from home 2 times a week and in retail, one of us is a nurse, and the other works from home about 2-3 times a week.
- shared kitchen and lounge, lovely big garden, visiter parking outside, and THREE bathrooms (1 toilet room, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 bathroom with a bath)
- great location! New build estate right by Ashley down train station, 15 minute walk to Gloucester Road, regular 70 buses just a 2 minute walk away.
£575 a month, bills not included. Would be about £150-200 extra at the absolute max for bills. Looking for someone to move in end of September.
We’re keen to have another girl join us, but are open minded to having anyone we get on with!
