Vibrant and Social House share in Ashley Down

Hi there, we are looking for a 4th housemate to join us for 6 months, from mid October. We are ideally looking for a female housemate, to balance the house out, but if you're a gem of a guy feel free to apply too!

🏡 About the flat:
The flat is a 4-bed flat which features a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a lovely shared courtyard, perfect for summer gatherings and BBQs.

Free street parking is available.

🛏 About the Room:
This is a double room which comes with a double bed, a set of drawers, a desk and wall shelves - as shown in the pictures.

📍 About the Location:
Ashley Down is a fantastic area known for its friendly atmosphere and excellent community spirit. The lively Gloucester Road, is just a short 10-minute walk away. Aldi & Co-op are just 2 mins away.

For those commuting to the city centre, we are conveniently located a mere 30 seconds away from Ashley Down Station. We are a 35-minute walk away from the centre, a 12-min cycle or a 20 min bus.

👫 About us:

Olivia - I work in sales and design for a small, local company. I have recently taken up tennis, which is fun! I also do yoga, go on long walks and like the occasional gig too.

Olly - Works as a recruiter. When he's not making placements in social services, he's either out walking, spinning some tracks and loves an occasional rave. 🎵🌿

Euan - works as an engineer. During his down time he loves cycling, climbing and running, taking part in lots of local clubs!

🧾 Rent and Additional Details:
The monthly rent for each room is £550. Utility bills, including electricity, gas, water, internet and council tax amounts to about £100/per person/month.

The room is available from mid October and for 6 months only. There may be an admin fee too, but we will clarify this and let you know at the viewing.
