Looking for a housemate

Hi, my names Olivia and I’m looking for a housemate. I’m 34, work in hospitality but often WFH. I haven’t had to do this for a long time! But uuum I’m kind and social and love cooking and laughing. Tbf I do a lot of those things outside of home and do mainly prefer for the house to be more sanctuary’esq where we can chill and rejuvenate. I’ve lived here for 6 years and not left because it’s just a lovely house and has all the bits you need! It’s got a lovely garden with loads of fruit trees (apple, pears, hazelnut etc), your room is downstairs, it’s a double with loads of light, with a really decent sized living room and kitchen with your own bathroom as I have an en suite. Theres also even a small bedroom upstairs that won’t be rented out but could be used as an office or art studio. Whatever you fancy! Honestly I just want someone who’s chill and lovely.
