I am lookin to sublet my room for a couple of months from about December 20th until mid February as I’m looking to do a wee bit of travelling!
The house is just off Ashley down road, right by the coop, St Andrews park, lots of buses and loads of great pubs!
The room is a decent size, bright and fully furnished, and you would be sharing with 3 men, one women all in their early to mid twenties. It is a sociable but laid back house, we do the occasional pub trip, game/ movie night but also will very much do our own things which is great!
We have free on street parking and, minor downside is that there is only one bathroom but hasn’t been an issue so far!
The rent is £595 pcm (we could chat prices considering it would be just under 2 months) bills aren’t included but are normally about £80pcm.
