Double bedroom with own bathroom

Hi there,

Im Charis, a professional in my late thirties looking for a new flatmate to share my lovely flat. The flat is near the cricket ground in Ashley Down a short walk away from Gloucester Road, lovely pubs and a little co op. There is also bus stops and the Ashley Down station nearby.

I’m looking for someone easy going, clean and tidy. It’s a bright and spacious flat with beautifully maintained gardens and on-street parking. The room on offer is furnished with a double bed, headboard, chest of drawers, wardrobe and desk. The desk can be removed. You will have access to your own bathroom as I have an en-suite.

I have a little dog at the flat half of the week so you would need to be ok with dogs. Open to short term lets but would prefer someone who is not full time working from home.
