Room to rent in a family home, all bills included. There is a kitchenette which is for sole use by the resident. The bathroom is to share with one, or maximum two other residents. We generally have a quiet household during the week and may have friends and family over at weekends. There is a communal lounge and dining area, and also private garden to the rear which you could use.
