Large furnished room in family home

Large room available in a family home in St Andrew's, all bills included. The current residents are me, my children and a lodger. The kitchenette pictured is a private kitchenette and will be yours only. The bathroom pictured is shared, with one, or maximum two other residents. We generally have a quiet household during the week and may have friends and family over at weekends. There is a communal lounge and dining area, and also a private garden to the rear which you can use. We have 2 cats.
