Double room in large house with garden

Hi there,

I'm looking for someone to share my beautiful house with. It's large, well lit and has a great chilled feel to it. The bedroom is a big double with a really comfy double bed in it. It can come with various other bits of furniture if you need or you can move in a few bits of your own. Happy to discuss. It's big enough to have a desk in there but if you work from home regularly we can talk about converting the front room into an office as well.

The kitchen/lounge is gorgeous and gets the most amazing morning sun - well kitted out as cooking is something I really enjoy. Also has an open fire and is all open plan so great for entertaining, evening meals and Sunday lunches.

There is another lounge in the front of the house - this is the one we could look at converting into an office if needed.

The roof terrace overlooks the large garden and if you have green fingers that would be amazing... Happy to reinstate the veg patch! Also has a locking shed at the back which you can store bikes in.

I'm looking for someone chilled and easy going to live with who likes to do shared meals every so often and enjoys a glass of wine occasionally. I work from home a fair bit but the space is so large there won't be problems with you working from home as well. I also work from Spain for a week every couple of months so you would have the house to yourself semi regularly.

You would be sharing the house with me full time and Cleo (the dog in the pictures) some of the time. She tends to be here one or two weeks a month. She is very friendly and loves nothing more than snuggling on a sofa with whoever is in.

I'm easy going, relaxed and sociable and have lived in a lot of shared houses over the years and always got on well with people. Can be pretty flexible on length of stay but would prefer someone who is looking longer term.
