Hey! I’m looking for a friendly new lodger for my house share in Ashley down.

✨Great location just next Gloucester Road, Lidl, St Werberg’s farm and Stoke Park.

🍃Green space on your doorstep plus Ashley down train station and the Concord way cycle path into town centre!

We’re currently a house of three women (22, 26, 26) looking for a friendly, sociable new housemate for our cozy home.

Interests include everything outdoorsy, nature, animals, arts and crafts, history, reading, board games, movie nights, going to gigs, and more! The main thing for us is someone who shares our hobbies and is sociable, to build a friendly and comfortable house community 💕if that sounds like what you’re looking for we’d love to hear from you!

There’s one double room available, £750/month all bills inc. Deposit is £700.

- under bed storage

Whole house has been newly renovated in the last year:

🛀 2 shared bathrooms each with showers

👩‍🌾 There is also a garden but it’s currently under renovation so in quite a state but good things will happen there soon!

Please note:
- minimum stay is 4 months then rolling contract, 8 weeks notice required to move out
- you’re a smoker or take drugs this may not be the house for you!
- I have dogs round and care for our family dog from time to time so note if you’re not a dog fan!
- no parking permits on the street so park where there’s a space, one driveway between the house
- bike shed in garden
