Looking for someone to takeover my tenancy as I’m moving away to start a masters 🙂 Please note this is a short term let (end of June 2026) You will be added to the remaining tenancy.
The property itself is situated in a very quiet peaceful residential area surrounded by beautiful greenery. There’s lots of places to walk.  property has a large front and back garden (we have a fire pit and sometimes have cosy fires !) We are quite a sociable house and enjoy  doing things together so if you’re a sociable person yourself this is a great fit. ages range from 24-30 (3f 1m) who are all so lovely 💕
The transport links are really good ( bus stop 2 min walk away that takes you into the centre, there’s also Ashley down train station within view of the property) Aldi/ Lidl less than a 10 min walk away. The front garden has a huge driveway (off street parking yay) and is gated
The room itself is cosy with lots of storage and a lovely view ! All the furniture is included.
You can move in at any point from now until 1st jan. Ive paid up until January so im happy to half the price of Decembers rent:)
