Heyooo!
Abi, Reuben and Sam here. We're looking to fill two spare rooms in our shared house just off Gloucester Road. We're not really after anything out of the ordinary - just be clean, friendly and respectful, and we can talk!
There's a lot to love about this place - it's well-connected for bus routes, there's both a Lidl and an Aldi on our doorstep, we got two bathrooms, Stoke Park, Gloucester Road and Ashley Down station are less than a 10 minute walk away, and the landlord provides monthly cleaners. We're also looking to get a cat in the very near future :)
£440/450 rent plus ~£60 bills, which isn't too bad either...
In terms of the general feel of the house, we all definitely have our own lives, but we're not against hanging out either! We like to use shared spaces like the living room, and would love to have someone up for a bit of socialising. Most of us don't eat meat and we're very much a queer-friendly bunch - we're not strictly after housemates that aren't straight or veggie, but thought we'd mention in case that's important to you. We're not neat freaks but please don't be against hoovering and washing up and stuff haha
