Hi,

I'm a 34 year-old professional female and current tenant in a 2 bedroom ground floor flat in Ashley Down. My current flatmate is moving out so I'm looking for someone to take over the joint tenancy.

About the flat:
- Flat is spacious and bright with a large living room.
- Bedroom available is an unfurnished double room
- There is a small garden at the front of the flat which has a bike storage shed
- Free on-street parking
- Great location, 5 mins walk from Ashley Down station, 5 minutes from co-op, 10 mins from St Andrew's Park and Gloucester Road

Rent and Tenancy:
- £700 per month excluding bills
- Rent paid as standing order on 25th of each month
- 12 month tenancy then rolling contract

About me:
I love movies, music and plants and am a keen cook! (bonus homemade foccacia available periodically). I work full-time 9-5 mon-fri in mental health and am usually in the office during these hours, but occasionally work from home. I tend to have chilled evenings during the week and am often out and about in nature or seeing friends at the weekend. Would be great to live with someone that has a similar schedule and is up for the occasional movie night or a bit of a natter! I'm ideally looking to live with another female professional (28-40) who is friendly and tidy.

Council tax is Band B.

NB - some of the furniture in the living room will be going when my current flatmate moves out, but if there's anything you want to bring in, there will be plenty of room.
