Hi, we have a large double room going in our 6 bed house which is located in Ashley Down. The house is currently all females so we are looking to keep it this way, our ideal person would be in the age range of 23-28, professionals only.

All bills are included in the rent which is £765. Deposit is 1months rent, tenancy starts from the 1st of March. 6 month contract minimum.

The room is lovely and bright with lots of space, on the 2nd floor of the house.

The house is a private let, with our landlord being really responsive and good with any issues that arise.

The house is in a great location, approx 10min walk from Gloucester Road and 5min walk from Aldi, Lidl, co-op and more!
There’s also great public transport links with a bus stop right outside the house, as well as all the buses on Gloucester road. The Ashley down train station is also a 5min walk away.

We have a shared kitchen, living room, garden and 2 bathrooms, one with a shower & bath. We all pitch in with keeping the communal areas clean and tidy.
