Smart single/double room with parking

3 bedroom townhouse, this room is on the ground floor, and bathroom shared with one other (myself, Lorraine). On the middle floor is the fully equipped open plan kitchen and living space with log burner and south facing sunny outside terrace. On the top floor there is a third bedroom and bathroom, which is occupied by my other housemate Samet, who is an engineer.

We are both clean, tidy, non-smoking professionals and are busy working during the week, though sometimes share meals when schedules allow :)
My well behaved and very chilled whippet also lives in the house.

The house is near all major bus routes (servicing city centre/Filton/UWE/Southmead hospital) and a brand new train station servicing Ashley Down, with direct connection to Temple Meads/Cardiff. The Lazy Dog pub is a stones throw from the house, as is St Werbughs city farm, cafe and pub and there is also a great little bakery, pharmacy and a convenience store 4 mins walk away. You will be on Gloucester Road in under 10 minutes on foot.

Seeking a fellow professional Mon-Fri and who works outside the home. Occasional home working is ok, and there is a desk in the room, but as I run my business from home (financial services) a housemate who goes out to work is preferred.

The single bed can extend to a double if preferred..
