Double Room in 2 Bed Flat - Ashley Down

I'm looking for someone sociable to take the spare room in my 2-bed flat in Ashley Down.

The flat is the top two floors of a Victorian house, very quiet, bright, and a stone's throw from Ashley Down station, which runs straight into Temple Meads. The room itself is unfurnished, but the rest of the flat is fully furnished, so you'd just need a bed and storage. Plenty of space to bring your own bits and pieces if you want.

A bit about me: I'm 26, work 9-5 at Boeing in Filton. Most evenings I'm out running or cycling, and I play squash and swim. Weekends are usually training, coffee, a walk somewhere, or a few pints.

Ideally looking for another working professional on a similar schedule, someone up for a pint at the weekend, or who plays sport and gets it.

My current flatmate is a PhD student heading to the US for three months and can't cover the rent while he's away, which is what's left the room open.

Rent is £825 pcm, bills not included. We split council tax, energy, water and broadband.
