Double Room in Refurbished 6 Person House!

Hi! We are a group of 5 graduates who are all starting a scheme at Abbey Wood in October (moving in October 2nd) and looking to fill this last double room. Most of us are yet to properly meet in person, so you’ll be joining at a great time as we all get to know each other! We have a wide range of hobbies and would love someone who's sociable to join us.

The house has a well fitted kitchen (double hobs and ovens, dishwasher etc.) as well as two bathrooms with a shower and toilet (upstairs room has an ensuite toilet), garden/patio area and a sizeable living room with sofas. Parking on the street is free and its a 5 minute walk to Ashley Down station and a Lidl.

The room available is furnished with desk, wardrobe and bed (duvet + pillows included). Council tax band is C so per month we are thinking around an extra £90 per person.
