** THE ROOMS **
We have two singles and one double room available. All rooms are beautifully presented and fully furnished to be as comfortable as possible: wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table with a lamp, with blackout blinds and a deluxe mattress for a great night's sleep. Lots of lighting to give you options, and plenty of storage to make sure you’ve got space to relax! When you’d like to work from home, or if you need space for hobbies, we've made this easy for you too. There’s a desk and desk chair in every room.
** THE PROPERTY **
The house has 6 bedrooms, a kitchen diner and TV room, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. Each room has been thoughtfully furnished to ensure that co-living is an enjoyable experience for all the housemates. The kitchen includes pots, pans, plates etc, and there is a shared fridge freezer and 1 cupboard per housemate - so plenty of space for you!
Adjacent to the kitchen diner is a shared TV room with a 55" Smart HD TV. The TV licence is included. There’s space to enjoy a cuppa or glass of wine with housemates after work, and film nights are always on the menu!
In addition to on-street parking, this property includes 2 private parking spaces at the back. These operate on a first come first serve basis, amongst housemates.

The house is located on a residential road in the Village of Avonmouth. As a port, the village dates back to Roman times, beginning to grow into a Bristol suburb when the Avonmouth Docks opened in 1877. Avonmouth is a more affordable place to live than the centre of Bristol, and benefits from great transport links into the city.
