Currently looking for a tenant to rent a room in my own property ( room blinds currently fitted, desk and sofa have been removed ). In the description I have detailed a female over 25. Reason being I have 3 children that stay 2 days one week then 5 the following week (50/50) so they will be more comfortable which a female as apposed to a male.
I am full time in the property with my partner ( female) and 1 other female tenant all working day shifts Monday to Friday and occasionally weekends.
Children are well behaved and not on any spectrum.
There is access to a down stairs toilet, shared shower and bathroom on the first floor. 3 network 5G hub. There are 2 woodburners in the property both in working order which when show happy for you to use. The one in the front warms the room and the one in the kitchen dinner heats the down stairs when required. The property has central heating.
Free to use the garden and patio.
St Andrews park is across the road from the property. Three convenience stores, bakery, fish and chip shop and a M&Ms takeaway.
Bus and train station are 4 mins ( less than 200 yards ) Portway park and ride 1.6 miles ( 6 mins drive around 15 mins walk ). All utility bills included.
£750 deposit and 1 month rent up front, payments to be made on the first of the month.
