The room open is for a female. It is a double room on the ground floor fully furnished with a queen size bed , a wardrobe and chest of drawers.

This is a four bed townhouse and rent includes all bills. There is a fitted kitchen with washer/dryer. The house has a small garden suitable for bike/outdoor equipment storage if needed. There is apple TV and quick broadband. There is one allocated space to share with the house and the rest is on street parking.

A bit about me:
I am a live out landlady. Currently there are three professional girls living there. They are all really friendly and have been in the house for varying times.

A bit about you:

Ideally you'll be looking for a room for a minimum for 6 months but longer term ideally. The living room and kitchen is shared. You would be a working professional with clean living standards. There is no smoking in the house.
