Sunny Garden room of family home in Bishopston

This is a really lovely en suite room in the garden of our Bishopston house. The room itself has a king size bed, sofa, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and small table. there can be an option for a small fridge etc. The room also has a shower, toilet and sink in the en-suite and good wifi

You will have use of the main house for kitchen facilities and also the lovely garden

In the house is me 45 year old woman with my 10 and 12 year old children, boyfriend Ian (46) and dog Lola. I am very friendly welcoming and sociable so would need someone happy to be a part of busy social family environment but also someone who is independent and respectful

I work from home most of the time as a volunteer coordinator for a mental health organisation and Ian works out of the house 5/6 days a week

My previous lodger Lu will be taking some of the furniture and all the plants from the cabin

Parking is on street and pretty good. there is also side access to the cabin

It’s such a lovely area to live. I am looking for the right fit for my family and have had lodgers before who would say good things about living here and my current lodgers would be happy to have a chat!

I am also advertising a double room in the house (£550pcm all inclusive) so you wont be the only lodger
