Large double - great location near Glos Rd

Hi, this is a large double room available in a spacious house in an excellent location - very close to Glos Rd. You would be sharing with me and it would suit an independent, reasonably quiet person with a sense of humour, who can clean up after themselves. I’m not looking for the type of ‘house share’ where we cook meals together and share a social life, though I’m friendly and open to having a chat. My three children who live away visit and stay, but very rarely at the same time. You could potentially use the spare room for guests from time to time.

All bills included.
Monday-Friday lets also considered.

Not shown in the photo but there’s a desk and office chair in the room. If you are relaxed, like space and don’t mind that parts of the house could do with upgrading, it could suit you here. Seems to suit post-grad students well.
