Large double - great location near Glos Rd

Hi, this is a large double room available in a spacious house in an excellent location - very close to Glos Rd. You would be sharing with me and, temporarily, my son who is 28. I’m fairly tidy, but my son is not quite as evolved in that department so while he’s here you’d need to be able to tolerate a small degree of mess - nothing drastic though! The house has rickety plumbing which can clatter a bit but again if you don’t mind that it’s a really great spot and you’re free to come and go as you please and make yourself at home. Am I selling it?

It would suit an independent, reasonably quiet person with a sense of humour. I’m not looking for the type of ‘house share’ where we cook meals together and share a social life, though I’m friendly and open to having a chat.

All bills included.
Monday-Friday lets also considered, with negotiation on the rent.

If you are relaxed, like space and don’t mind that parts of the house could do with upgrading, it could suit you here. Seems to suit post-grad students well.
