Bishopston 2 double bedrooms available from Jan

Hello!

Two rooms are going to be available in the new year in my house in Bishopston! The flat (comprising two floors of a victorian terrace) has 3 double bedrooms. You'll be sharing the house with Rhey, who occupies the top floor bedroom. The living room and kitchen are one large open space with south facing windows, which make it a light, airy, sunny and warm place to either snooze, work or make photosynthesis.

Both Rhey and the landlady are looking for someone tidy and respectful... yes that's what everyone says, but it is pretty essential! Someone who can look after the place they live in as if it was their own, caring for the objects, the space, the plants, and sharing a loving, homely atmosphere. Respect for everyone's spaces and boundaries is also, as you'd expect, welcome.

Now, onto the details.

Both rooms available are on the first floor, and they come furnished with double beds, wardrobes and a few bookshelves. Each room is 550 per month.

The two rooms share a bathroom with a bath/shower.

There is a small patio outside the property with a large bike shed, which can hold up to 3 bikes.
