Well suited to a professional housemate to live in Monday to Friday (also happy to consider equivalent / similar arrangement across different days e. g. Sunday to Thurs).

The house has an attractive and stylish lounge with TV and open plan layout which links into a beautiful drawing room with a baby grand piano. Beyond the drawing room the open plan continues into a bright and airy kitchen / diner with a sky light. Bi-fold doors lead onto a patio with garden dining furniture and a southwest facing sunny garden.

There is a downstairs toilet and upstairs bathroom with separate bath and shower. The room for rent is situated at the back of the house overlooking the garden.

Fast WiFi, tumble dryer, washing machine and dishwasher. Free parking on the street.

The Property is 2 minutes walk to beautiful Horfield Common in one direction and 2 minutes walk to vibrant Gloucester Road in the other direction with all its cafés, shops and pubs. The property’s a good location for those needing to get to the aerospace industries or MOD in Filton. Also a good location for getting to BRI or Southmead hospital. You really have the best of both worlds here being close to the city with easy transport links, whilst still in a great area and accessible to M4 and M5.

About us:

We are both professionals. I work from home, have a busy social life, and enjoy playing the piano, music, yoga / exercising, reading, and walking. Jim is a professional musician and music teacher. We are both friendly and easy to get along with, and the house is a peaceful environment. We have a French Bulldog called Nelson who lives with us so we're looking for someone who won't mind a doggy being around. He’s extremely sweet and also gives good cuddles!

There’s a weekly cleaner on a Tuesday so not much to do cleaning wise, however we do like to live in a tidy and tranquil environment. Therefore we're looking for someone who’s capable of clearing up after themselves and keeping their living space tidy. It really is a beautiful home and a beautiful room so we're looking for someone who will appreciate, respect and enjoy the space.
