Description
We’ve got a room available from early August in our lovely shared house just off Gloucester Road (literally a 30-second walk away and dangerously close to too many pubs, takeaways, charity shops and cafes!).
Rent is £525 per month plus bills, which are currently £100.
The room is one of the smaller rooms in the house, but it benefits from a huge built-in storage cupboard, a clothes rail, and additional storage options elsewhere in the house.
The house is set over three floors with two bathrooms, a garden, and a large shed for extra storage and bikes. There's free on-street parking and it's easy to get into town by bike, bus or on foot.
There's currently 5 flatmates (Sam, Patrick, Amy, Sue and Jenna), ranging in age from 29 to 40, working across nursing, mental health, local government and renewable energy.
We enjoy everything from camping trips and pub quizzes to quiet evenings at home and still regularly catch up with former housemates.
While the house is sociable there also enough space to do your own thing and everyone is respectful of each other's downtime and working patterns. We have a good balance between spending time together and enjoying quieter evenings separately.
We're hoping to find someone who is looking for a place to call home rather than just somewhere to rent.
If you think you'd be a good fit, send us a message telling us a bit about yourself.
