Hi,
Looking for a new housemate when the room becomes available at the beginning of September. Preference would be for someone who does not work from home / remotely and is clean, tidy and respectful of the house.
The house is in a great location just off Gloucester Road, with plenty of cafes, restaurants, shops and supermarkets nearby.
With a large kitchen-diner, lounge-diner & garden there is also plenty of space to relax & chill out. There is also a downstairs toilet and utility area not shown in photos with drying area upstairs.
I own the property and live here with my partner ili (Civil Engineer, 29) and lodger Rhys (Data Analyst, 25). Ili and I work from home circa 3 days a week.
About Me :)
- I’m Ryan (35) and work as a consultant in the Defence industry
- I’m a fairly chilled out guy and outside of work enjoy cycling, football, golf, scuba diving, skiing and music/gigs/festivals.
Things to know:
-All bills included
-Males preferred
-No pets
-No couples
-Mindful of the shared spaces, including limited overnight guests
-Preference for someone not to work from home
-Must be clean and tidy and avoid creating clutter around the house
-Rooms are fully furnished, with kitchenware etc already sorted
-Super fast Wi-Fi boosted to cover the whole house
-Sky sports / Bt sport / Netflix on the main tv downstairs (I also have a tv & separate box in my room in case there’s a clash!)
- On street parking with no permit needed
- 2 x large fridge freezers to share between 4
- Indoor bike storage for 1 x bike per person
- I try to be environmentally friendly in terms of recycling and electric and gas use (with heating rarely above 17-19 degrees during the winter). Looking for a tenant to share a similar appreciation of this
- Shared attic space for storage as required
- No cleaner included so everyone needs to share the cleaning.
- Can consider short term lets but preference is for 4-6 months and then rolling.
