Double Room on Gloucester Road

Spacious double room available in a friendly houseshare near Gloucester Road, just round the corner from the Golden Lion. I'm leaving the house to move in with my girlfriend, so I'm looking for a replacement to live in this lovely home with three wholesome souls.

The room is partly-furnished, with the wardrobe and shelving unit coming with the room. The bed frame, desk, mirror and shelves attached to the wall can be purchased from our departing housemate if you wish. But if you want to bring your own furniture, that would be no issue.

The house has a lovely kitchen, homely living room, and a hall way spacious enough for a few bikes. There is free on street parking outside. Bills will be approximately £130 a month, which includes gas, electric, council tax, water, TV license, WIFI, Sky and various streaming services etc.

The house is located in an excellent area, with a selection of nearby shops within close walking distance, and a Tesco superstore 15-20 mins walk away. We have a gym round the corner, a great selection of bars and restaurants available on Gloucester Road, and excellent connections with the rest of Bristol.

The current flatmates are 3 working professionals, who love: being active, binging tv shows, playing boardgames and going to the pub for a pint (or two).

Simo (30) is an engineer, who simply loves lifting weights, playing video games and sending memes to the house group chat.

Amy (29) is a mental health nurse who loves to explore, spend quality time with friends, and a proud plant mom.

Hinnah (25) is a nurse, originally from Manchester. She enjoys board games, watching tv, crochet and going out for drinks.

We all enjoy each others company, and would like someone who is interested in hanging out with us and just generally being part of the house dynamic. But we equally enjoy our own space to re-charge.

We are looking for a friendly, tidy, and sociable housemate, who’s looking for somewhere to move in long-term. We will only do in-person viewings, but there is some flexibility with the move in date between mid - late August.
