Lovely studio available for short-term let

Garden studio. with off street parking and secure private entrance.

This is a SEPARATE property with own entrance. You won't actually have flatmates. It is available for one-person bookings, as it works best for that.

The studio is in our garden in Bishopston. It’s insulated, with heating, shower room and kitchenette. Fast WiFi.

The double bed is accessed via a ladder on a mezzanine level. So it is only suitable if you’re comfortable climbing a ladder to bed.

Basic cooking facilities: a plug-in induction hob and microwave oven, kettle, toaster and coffee-maker. Plus a fridge-freezer.

There is a good fold-out table that's pretty versatile and a foldaway stool.

There is an internet TV with Netflix and Amazon., plus iPlayer etc.

We would also consider a longer term MON TO FRI let (four nights or five nights a week).
