The double bedroom and en-suite bathroom are freshly redecorated offering comfortable & warm accommodation within a friendly, professional, family home. Downstairs there is a kitchen and breakfast room available for your use and a pretty, landscaped rear garden. All bills are included which includes unlimited WIFI access.

With easy access to Airbus, BAE Systems, Rolls Royce, UWE, Aztec West, Cribbs, Abbey Wood, Southmead Hospital etc. and with both bus stops, train stations and the motorways nearby, the house is ideally situated for those working both in the City Centre and outside. The house is well served by local amenities - it is near the Horfield sports centre as well as supermarkets and the many bars and restaurants on the desirable Gloucester Road.

The bedroom is furnished with a large wardrobe, chest of drawers and double bed. En-suite bathroom contains a shower, toilet and wash basin with shelving and mirror. There is a large well appointed modern kitchen and separate breakfast room with dishwasher, cooker, fridge freezer and a combination microwave and washing machine. There is a landscaped garden with side access for easy storage of bikes if required. Free on-road parking is available and free unlimited use of the internet. All bills are included: gas, electric, water, council tax and TV licence.

I live with my partner and two grown-up children aged 19 and 22 who are friendly and welcoming. They keep themselves to themselves but will engage with you if you would like that - but are also great at respecting boundaries and giving guests their privacy and space. We also have a super-friendly small dog called Rex, Bailey - a golden retriever and Alfie - a fox red Labrador and a medium sized dog named Snowy. So you’ll need to like dogs!
