Room to rent in a friendly house share Bishopston

We have a room available in our lovely house as I'll be moving out at the end of November. Move in date would be the weekend of the 7th/8th Dec but can be a bit flexible for the right person :)

It's a great house in a convenient location, on a quiet street with on street parking with no permits, 5 mins to Gloucester road, next to a park and close to lots of shops, cafes, restaurants etc.

The room itself is unfurnished so you'd need bedroom furniture but the rest of the house is furnished.

You'll be living with two others, Fiona and Steph who are both professions with a mix of working at home and in the office. We've conveyed the loft into an office space if you are working at home and you're welcome to use that as well.

We're looking for someone who is friendly and sociable but also has their owns interests - whilst we often hang out together we also have our own things going on. Enjoyment of good food and plants is a plus! We also have 2 cats as well.

Bills aren't included and currently come to around £150 a month. Deposit comes to £780 (Spare room won't let me put that in!).
