One furnished room in Bishopston house share

Hi!

We're looking for a new housemate to join us in our house-share from 10th September, as one current housemate is moving on. We are three male young professionals (23, 25, and 28 yrs old) who work 9-5 Mon-Fri, so would be looking for someone to who would fit into that lifestyle.

The location is ideal with a short 5-10 minute walk to Gloucester road with easy regular bus access to town & temple meads , and a 20 -25 min walk to Clifton downs!

There is one furnished bedroom available for £520 pcm (the small desk shown in the room will probably not be there). As there is not a huge amount of excess space in the room, there is a wardrobe and chest of drawers situated on the landing which can be used.

The house:
- Shared bathroom with Bath/Shower & sink and a separate lavatory
- Shared kitchen fully equipped with ample storage and fridge/freezer space (microwave, toaster, electric oven)
- Shared utility room in the conservatory with washing machine and dishwasher
- Shared lounge with three double sofas, 50 inch TV with Netflix etc and a desk in the corner should you need a space to work from home (also able to work from the garden when the suns out).
- Large garden to the rear with a storage shed at the base, garden furniture and barbecue with the paved area immediately out of the back door with overhead cover
- WiFi is set-up and running so internet access will be immediate should you need it to work from home!
- Free parking on the roads outside, we've each got a car and not had any issues finding a space.
- Council tax band C

The bills are not included in the monthly price (council tax, utilities, WiFi) - but all of these come to an approximate total of £125 per month. The landlord is looking for a 12-month contract.
