1 Room To Let Bishopston Bristol

In a house with two guys, both moved to Bristol a few years ago and are both working full time.
Current flatmate is moving due to moving with his partner.
Students considered but professional would be ideal!
Really nice house on a street just off Gloucester Road, parking is on the street but spaces always available.
We have a cleaner who is scheduled every 2 weeks.
Both very social, either at pub, gym together, or just chilling in the lounge, so we are keen to have someone else who can get along with this.
The room available is the front room, originally a lounge but nice large double room with bay windows. Its the last picture.
