Large Double room with ensuite in Bishopston

Hello, we are looking for a man to join our bright home-y 4-bed flat in Bishopston, close to Gloucester Road, St. Andrew’s Park and other local amenities.
We are one man and two woman in our 30s. Each of us has varied interests like yoga, music, drawing, baking, plants, surfing (just to name some) and would love a like-minded person to join us. Treating the flat like a home and keeping on top of the cleaning are very important to us (we have a rota in place). The house would suit someone who enjoys sharing the odd meal. The flat itself is spacious and bright, we love plants and have a little jungle in the living room.

Rent is £495 pcm + £55 council tax pcm (both paid directly to the landlord), plus bills (electricity and gas between £50-100 pm and water and wifi are about £35 pm each). We have an open fireplace and use it during the cold months.
Initial 6 months contract. No agency involved, the contract is individual and will be signed directly with the landlord. No living in landlord. Additional 5 weeks rent and council tax required as deposit (via Deposit Protection Scheme). Flat is over two floors, includes separate living room, modern fitted kitchen with dishwasher, GCH with modern energy efficient boiler, fast internet, bicycle storage in garage. Sorry we don’t accept pets as per contract with landlord.
