Double room in Bishopston £700 bills included

Hi, I’m looking for a quiet and considerate female to share my lovely sunny flat just off the Gloucester Road.

Small double room available in a spacious two bedroom flat located in Bishopston, just off the Gloucester Road. £700 per month including bills and allocated parking space.

The flat is on the second (top) floor of a small, quiet, purpose-built block of flats. There is no lift. Most of the residents have lived there a long time.

It’s fully furnished with washing machine, new cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, smart TV with Netflix.

The available bedroom has small double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, under bed storage and small hanging rail. There is also a desk in the hall if needed.

The living/dining room is sunny and spacious with a balcony overlooking the communal gardens. There’s a separate galley kitchen. There’s a bathroom with a shower over the bath and a separate toilet with sink and vanity unit.

I like a quiet home life, and a good night’s sleep is important to me. I like to be in bed by 11pm. If you like to party regularly, that’s not going to work. But I’m OK if you have the occasional late night out as I’ll do the same.

Being clean and tidy is very important, and the cleaning would be shared between us.

I work part-time in a health food shop and am interested in alternative therapies. I will be going to University in September to study food and nutrition. I love music, especially alternative, and I’m also interested in drama. I have a green belt in Taekwondo, though I’ve had to pause my training for the moment. I’m a Green Party member and help out with the local Greens.

I love to cook. I don’t eat meat, but I sometimes eat fish, so I would preferably be looking for somebody who is veggie or pescatarian. I particularly like cooking east Asian cuisine.

I am also looking for someone who is left wing and LGBTQIA+ friendly, and this would be a necessity.
