From September -Spacious double room in Bishopston

Mature, friendly landlady is seeking a sensible and responsible lady tenant for a beautiful, spacious double room in a Victorian terraced house in Bishopston, available from September to June/July (the start and end dates are negotiable). The property is situated on Gloucester Road, near all sorts of shops and restaurants / cafes, and very handy for public transport. Free parking available in the nearby streets. You will be sharing the kitchen and bathroom with me and a friendly, loving black cat (and my daughter when she is back from University). The bedroom is on the first floor, while the bathroom / toilet (with bath and separate walk-in shower) is on the ground floor. The bedroom is furnished with double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, chest of drawers, armchair, desk and smart TV. Fibre broadband and all utilities are included. This is my home, so I am looking for someone who will treat it and me with care and respect. A mature student would be ideal, as the location is great for both Universities, but attitude and friendliness are more important. I am looking for a non-smoker / vaper, who is relatively quiet.
Please, notice that if you are not a full-time student, you will be liable for your share of council tax, which is an extra £50 a month.
