Double Room in 3 Bed Flat in Bishopston/Horfield

We have a double room to rent in a three bedroom flat on Gloucester Road. The room is fully furnished including a desk and office chair.

The room is in a second and third floor flat which has one bathroom plus separate kitchen and living rooms. The flat was refurbished in March 2022 and is in good condition throughout.

 The flat is council tax band B.

There is plenty of on-street parking available near the flat and we are located near a number of pubs, restaurants and supermarkets as well as Horfield Leisure Centre.



The current tenants:


Matt is a data analyst for the Civil Service. He enjoys running, playing guitar and is looking forward to the rest of Six Nations.


Luke is an engineer also working in the civil service. He plays rugby on weekends and enjoys going to the gym.


We have been in the flat for coming up to 2 years now. We both enjoy going to the pub, watching sports and the outdoors.
