Hello from your future housemates.

We have 1 double room opening up and are looking for a late 20s - mid 30s professional to move in.

THE ROOM:
Both large doubles looking out onto the garden

THE HOUSE:
Big ol house just around the corner from Gloucester Rd (The Grace, Flyer, Gally bit of it) and St Andrews Park. Large front room, decent sized kitchen, study, garden and a weird laundry dungeon.

THE HOUSEMATES:

Claudia; 32, art teacher. Likes vapes, lino printing and preserved lemons.
Meg: 27, employment adviser, loves ridiculous drum and bass remixes, dahl and true crime podcasts.
Phoebe: 30, set builder and carpenter - likes her allotment, folklore and antiques
Jasmine: 28, environmental adviser - likes foraging, her guitar, and colourful clothes

We're quite a chill bunch (if you're hoping for Soho in the 90s or Turbo Island vibes, this probably isn't the place for you) with our own social lives but each Monday one of us chefs up a veggie feast for the house. Ofc we're clean, tidy and respectful of each others space.

We have a slightly odd but loveable cat so no pets.
