Two Double Rooms Need Filling As Soon As Possible

URGENT
Hi, we are a group of four looking to meet two others in order to secure a place near Gloucester Road! It's with an independent landlord who is super lovely and the house is pretty much secured, we just need two more people, preferably those who know each other already but are open to individuals. All double rooms, a garden, open plan kitchen diner, fully furnished.
We are looking for a super chill, easygoing house of young professionals/recent graduates/masters students. Keeping the space super clean and tidy is also really important with a group of six so please only apply if you are sure that this is also what you are looking for (we are all tired of having to write group chat messages about week-old washing up and cleaning rotas :/). We want a friendly vibe of social people who are up for days out and watching movies, definitely more of a gathering house than a party house!
We have visited the house multiple times now but as the landlord is not Bristol based, we are unable to schedule any more viewings of the property before august time so which I understand isn’t ideal but I have photos and videos of all rooms from different visits. Please keep this in mind as the contract will need to be signed within the next few weeks so unfortunately I cannot offer in person viewings for this
Council tax is £34 a month each
