We are looking for a new flatmate to move in on August 10th (taking over my room in an existing contract). The apartment, a 4 bedroom flat, is located near St. Andrews Park. There is a bus stop (the 70 bus, which takes you to the city center in 20 minutes) and a Coop supermarket just downstairs. ALDI and Lidl are also nearby.

The apartment is a bright third-floor attic with a living room, kitchen, and large south-facing terrace. The room is furnished with a double bed, nightstand, wardrobe, and chest of drawers, and is situated away from the kitchen and living room. You will share a large bathroom with only one other person.

There is a shared storage room for bikes for all the building's residents. The apartment is occupied by professionals working in Bristol. Couples and pets are not accepted.
