Two double rooms next to St Andrew Park

I have two double rooms available in the same house. The house is located next to st Andrew park, in the corner bus no 70. 10 min from Lidl and Aldi. 20 min by walk to city center. This is a Victorian house, it means large size of rooms. The first room (£660) is already available, (in the pic you can see a single bed but the bed now is double) it is in the grand floor with a window directly in the garden and a bathroom for only your use. first floor with other two rooms and two bathrooms. The second room is in the grand floor (£660) available in 6 in his floor there is a bathroom. In the house there are 3 bathrooms. 6 tenants in total. The rent is now for only 1 month only because we wait if you work in the house. If yes you can get a rolling contract for 6 months. You will pay deposit in DPS. All bills are included, but not gas and electricity, you have to pay the different when the bill is u than £150. Two new double beds are coming
