Double bedroom in Ashley Down, £425pcm

Hello! We are Hannah, Lucy and Colleen and we’re looking for a fourth housemate as ours is sadly leaving to move in with her boyfriend.

We live in a lovely house in Ashley down which has a shared living room, kitchen, garden and 2 bathrooms. We’re renting out a double bedroom on the ground floor which comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables. The room is available from the 6th of October and costs £425 per month. Bills come to an additional £150 (max!) per month.

The house is in a great location with several parks nearby, a ten minute walk away from Gloucester Road, two minutes from a bus stop and a train station opening at the end of the road at some point this year.

We’re a friendly and sociable house, but equally respectful of each other’s space and have our own things going on. We enjoy watching films/ tv together, walks, pub trips, craft nights, going for dinner etc. We’re looking for a female housemate, in their late twenties/ early thirties who is friendly and sociable.
