Double Room Available in Sunny Flat in BS7

Hello, I'm looking for a friendly face to join me in my lovely two-bedroom flat on Gloucester Road, BS7 (above the library).

The Flat

The flat is right in the heart of Gloucester Road, so you'll have loads of shops, restaurants, bars, and cafes on your doorstep. It is an easy walk into town and a quick drive to the motorway.

The flat is furnished (with my furniture) and room will be unfurnished (if you had other furniture you wanted to bring to flat we can make it work). The room is a good size and easily fits double bed, chest of drawers and desk/chair. It has a huge built in wardrobe. We each have our own bathroom - mines is an en suite. We also have a terrace which gets the sunshine all day long!

There is a parking space which we would share and free on street parking within a 5 minute walk. The hallway is very long and i currently store my bike there and there is room for another!

The Bills
Rent is £775 and with bills it normally comes to £900 total. The flat is let through Ocean so you would need to go through referencing with them!

About Me
I am a 30 year old consultant, originally from Scotland, and i have been in Bristol for about 3 years. I work from home 3ish days a week and travel for work fairly often. When i'm not working, i love to climb, run and cycle and im always up for exploring the local area (especially if it involves a wee pint or a cake). Im vegetarian but happy to have meat in the house.

About You
Im looking for a friendly flatmate who would be up for hanging out sometimes whether its watching a movie, grabbing a drink or just catching up. Of course, respecting eachothers space is a must too.
