My housemate is moving out at the end of the month and I am basically looking for someone to replace her essentially.
we will have to sign a new tenancy with the landlord and its for 12 month.
Its in a two bed flat, so it provides and incredible amount of space for 2 people.
I am a pretty easy person i work full time as an engineer and i enjoy some peace at the end of the day, outside that i enjoy going out on walks, cafes and going to the gym.
Ideally looking for someone who is a working professional too.
