£775 Unfurnished Room Gloucester Road Flat

I'm looking for someone to take over the smaller unfurnished room in the two-bed flat I'm renting as close to the 16th of November as possible. My current housemate is moving in with his girlfriend hence the need to fill the space. It's a great spot on Gloucester Road about a twenty-minute walk away from the centre of town with a bus stop and a co-op within a minute's walking distance. The only thing is it can be a little noisy sometimes but get yourself some earplugs and you'll be fine! Not a sublet, I'm looking for someone to sign onto a contract with me for probably another 6-12 months.

I'm looking ideally for someone a bit geeky to live with who would be up for a game on the PS5 or watching a movie in the evenings. I work mostly in the office and am super chilled about shared areas and using my TV in the living room. This would be as much your home as it was mine. I won't pretend that I'm the cleanest or tidiest person around (hoovering is something I definitely need to get better at), but plates and dishes are done that day or the day after. I'm usually busy most evenings, either running, swimming or socialising with mates.

I'm not a big drinker anymore so would prefer a board games cafe to a pub, but do go out out occasionally.

The rent split is actually 775 to 825 as I've got the larger room and it's only fair I pay a bit extra. Will put up photos of the room shortly. I'd like to know you a little bit before deciding whether or not we'd be a good fit so if you're interested please reply to the ad and we can meet up for a coffee!
