Double room in friendly professional house share

Heya everyone we are looking for a new housemate to move into our shared house in Bishopston

Rent is 650pm (Alll bills included!) and the deposit is £650 with DPS. DSS is accepted and small pets are welcome, but no dogs or cats as we already have a lovely little house dog. ( I also have 5 tree frogs and three Geckos)

The room has just been fully restored and comes with the bed and draws so is fully furnished. There is a boiler cupboard with plenty of storage space and a mini clothing rail inside.

Move in date would anytime from today but we are flexible as long as its soonish

Size. Medium

House has two washrooms. One room with a toilet, bath and sink and the other with a shower and sink 😊

We are all kind and bubbly working professionals, mostly approaching 30. The house is animal friendly and muscial (but not loud). We are looking for someone who is respectful of those around them in terms of noise and while we are all super chill we don’t want any party animals as the house should be a sanctuary for peace and chilling 😊

. I own 5 frogs, a leopard gecko and two cresties, Ali also has a mini zoo in her room! We live in a very chilled environment and don't like stress, also 420 friendly but respect those in the house who aren't ! 😊 we have a beautiful garden and the worlds nicest landlord! Currently in the house is myself (Cal), Karo, Gypsie and Ali and we need our 5th family member!

Cal (male) 29 Hip hop artist, Graphic Designer, illustrator and Animator. I own my own clothing and merchandise business called Cal’s Planet. I love animals and have 4 Tree frogs and a Leopard Gecko. If you like animals and creative thing’s we’ll get along just fine! Also mad about plants!

Karo (female) Karo is from Poland and loves anything photography and film based. She loves a good event and gigs and is always great for a chat about life. She is sick at video editing and recording and is always embarking on some creative project.

Ali (female)- 26, studying wildlife conservation, creative and arty. Ali loves drawing and crafting cute jewellary peices and often joins me at markets. She has a huge passion for wildlife and loves an adventure into the wilder areas of Bristol.

Gypsie- (female) is our newest housemate and is already happily settled in. She enjoys chilling in the garden and currently works in Tiger. She is a bubby and happy soul with peaceful and very down to earth personality!
(p. s we also have a little gym in our back garden)

You will be assigned a kitchen cupboard with a Rick and Morty character on it as is tradition ! 😃
