Double room in house share in Saint Andrews - 5 month contract

** The house **

1 double room available from 11th November in a 5 bed house share just off Gloucester Road for a working professional.

The room is £640pcm without bills (which usually come to £95-100 a month, council tax band D) - it's a cosy room overlooking the garden in a lovely social house, in an ideal location close to Saint Andrew's park, Gloucester Road and easy to get into town.

The house comes with a fully equipped kitchen/diner, a lounge area, two bathrooms (both with showers, one with a bath), and a sunny garden.

The room comes unfurnished, but has a built in wardrobe and I am happy to leave my desk. There is one parking space available on the driveway, and also lots of free on-street parking surrounding the house.

Our current contract runs to 25/04/25. Currently we are not planning on extending - as life is taking us in different directions!

** The flatmates **
We've lived here for about 1.5 years and we're a social household of working professionals, 2 women and 2 men aged 25-28. We like doing things as a house, whether that's going out for a drink after work or making a roast dinner on a Sunday! We like to keep the house clean and tidy, and we tend to keep things fairly chill midweek as we all work 9-5.

** What we're looking for **
A working professional aged 23-30, who is clean and tidy. We're a fairly social house, but there's no pressure to get involved. Unfortunately no pets allowed. We're a mixture of WFH/office, either arrangement would be fine.
