I have moved away from Bristol and am looking to find someone who would be interested in taking over the lease, or a friend who would be willing to keep an eye on it. Currently staying there is one 25yo female PhD student and her preference would be for a female housemate if poss!
All the neighbours are fantastic, it's the best street I've ever lived on by a mile. it's lovely and close to Gloucester Road, Stoke Park/St. Werburgh's and also with good access to the M32 if you are commuting elsewhere. There's also a Brand New train station!! Which I have yet to use sadly due to spending my time elsewhere. It has a Lidl+Aldi just around the corner and Better Food in the other direction. On street parking is available.
