Cosy Single Room in Sociable House

Hello !
We are a house of young professionals looking to fill a room over the Christmas/New Year period while our housemate heads home.
Dates are flexible but she will be returning on the 7th Jan.

Looking for sociable considerate housemate to join us over silly season.
You’ll be living with Sophia, 24 year old film and TV graduate trying to break into the scene working at the local opticians (free unqualified advice readily offered); James, 24 year old Engineer working 9-5 and juggling many hobbies on the side; and Alice, 24 year old part-time civil servant full time fairy.
Our house also comes with the cutest cat you’ve ever met, which means unfortunately we are not open to other pets.

Located just a few minutes walk from Gloucester road, easy access to shops, pubs, supermarkets and transport with Ashley Down station 10 minute walk away.
Room will come fully furnished with space for you to store your belongings.

Price of rent includes bills.
