3 Rooms in Bishopston House

Hi there,

My current housemates are all moving on and so three rooms will be available from mid-December onwards in our Bishopston house! I’m looking for three professionals aged 25-32 to come and join. As so many rooms are available this would be great if you and a friend(s) are looking for rooms! Couples are also welcome but you will need to rent out two rooms.

About the rooms 🛏️:
All three rooms are doubles with the upstairs back bedroom being a small double, they’re unfurnished so you’ll need to bring your own amenities. The rent for the downstairs and larger upstairs room is £450/month and for the smaller double it’s £400. Bills are separate and they come in at around £137/month (council tax, water, gas, electricity and wifi) and deposits are £537 for each room. Please note that the larger upstairs room is available from the 16th December while the other two rooms are available from the 20th December.

About the house 🏡:
The house is a 4 bed Victorian terrace just off Gloucester Road so it’s in a great location with good transport links to the centre or for a fun night out. The house has a separate living room and small communal/dining space (which is soon to be redecorated), separate kitchen, one bathroom (also soon to be redecorated) and a small garden set on a quiet but friendly street. We’ve a good landlady who is pretty chilled out and responsive to issues.

About me ☺️:
I’m a 27 yr old professional working in the environmental conservation sector as a marine ecologist. I work from home most days so you’ll often find me up for a chat in the kitchen while the kettle is boiling! In my downtime I enjoy playing video games, reading, creating digital art, pole dancing and going out in Bristol to various events and festivals. It’s by no means a party house but that doesn’t mean I’m amiss to the odd celebration when the time calls however I equally enjoy my own personal space.

About you 👋:
I’m looking for people who are friendly, down-to-earth and most importantly would like to be friends with! I like to try and keep the house tidy so am looking for people who will clean up after themselves in the communal areas and are generally just a respectful housemate who are up for the odd bit of socialising. As said this would probably be ideal for a pre-existing group to move into but if you feel like you’d be a good fit, please don’t hesitate to drop a message :)
