Cosy small double room in chilled house share

Hi! We’re looking for a new housemate to move into our shared house in Bishopston ☺️

Rent is £450pm - All bills included! We’re looking for someone who would like to stay long term.
The room has been restored earlier this year and is fully furnished with a double bed, two chest drawers and a railing. It’s a small room but cosy and there are extra storage spaces around the house.

DSS is accepted and small pets are welcome, but no dogs or cats as we already have a little house dog called Mowgli (he loves a cuddle).

The house is 2 mins from Gloucester Road. It has a big kitchen and chilling space/games area with Xbox open to all. Two washrooms - One with a toilet, bath and sink, and the other with a shower and sink. We have a big garden with table and chairs. There’s also a punching bag, bench and weights.

We are all kind and bubbly working professionals. The house is very chill and not a party house. Meaning we want someone chill and not high maintenance :)
we are 420 friendly, most of us smoke , but in our rooms or outside , we of course respect those who don't but someone who doesn't mind living with smokers is ideal :) 🫶🏼

Currently in the house is myself (Callum), Gypsey Ali and Anya and they will need our 5th family member.

Cal -31 (he/him) Hip hop artist, Graphic Designer, illustrator and Animator. Owns a clothing and merchandise business called Cal’s Planet. He love animals and has 4 Tree frogs and a Leopard Gecko. Also mad about plants!

Ali - 27 (she/her) studying and working in wildlife conservation, creative and arty. Ali loves drawing and crafting cute jewelry pieces. She has a mini zoo in her bedroom and has a huge passion for wildlife and loves an adventure.

Gypsey -22 (she/her) Enjoys chilling in the garden , music and currently works in Tiger. She is a bubbly and happy soul with a calm and very down to earth personality!

Anya - (she/her) 25 Recent graduate in wildlife conservation and current manager of a cocktail bar on the harbourside. She loves music, any and all things nature and always up to explore around Bristol.

Look forward to hearing from you and finding someone to join us before xmas. Sorry if we don’t get back to everyone but we will try our best!! We will be choosing a handful of people to come and meet the housemates and see the whole place before the decision is made.
